No deductibles, no yearly maximums, no coverage denials.
What's included annually
- Two comprehensive exams
- Two professional cleanings
- Indicated x-rays and cavity screenings
- Topical fluoride applications
- Routine emergency exam (one per year)
Plus a discount on additional treatment
Members receive a flat discount on any additional treatment beyond what's included in the plan, such as fillings, crowns, sealants, sedation, or specialty procedures.

What it isn't
