We believe price should be a conversation, not a surprise. Below is how we work with insurance, what we accept for payment, and the options available if you don't have insurance or your plan doesn't cover everything.
Insurance
We are in-network with Delta Dental PPO and Premier, and we accept most other PPO plans as an out-of-network provider. We are happy to verify your benefits before your visit and submit claims on your behalf. Bring your insurance card to the first appointment, and let us know your group/policy numbers in advance if you can.
We do not currently participate in HMO or DentiCal plans.
Payment methods
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
- HSA and FSA cards
- Cash and personal check
- Pay online via our secure portal
Membership Plan (powered by KLEER)
For families without dental insurance, our in-house Membership Plan (administered through KLEER) offers predictable, transparent pricing for routine preventive care plus a flat discount on additional treatment. No deductibles, no yearly maximums, no coverage denials. Sign up directly with KLEER or learn more about the Membership Plan.
Financing options
We partner with third-party financing providers (such as CareCredit) for families who want to spread larger treatment over time. We will discuss eligibility and terms before any treatment begins.
What you'll know in advance
Before any non-emergency treatment, we provide a written treatment plan with fees, your estimated insurance coverage, and your estimated out-of-pocket responsibility. If anything changes during treatment, we will pause and update you before proceeding.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule, so we can offer the time to another family.
